User Obligations

Bookings and Payments
Booking Process
All bookings must be made through our authorized booking channels (phone, email, or online system when available). Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and completion of required health documentation. We reserve the right to refuse service based on health contraindications or other legitimate reasons.

Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements are agreed

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable

Service Delivery
Treatment sessions will be provided by qualified massage therapists at our designated locations. Session duration includes consultation time where applicable. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate specific preferences but cannot guarantee specific therapist assignments.

Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations
24+ hours notice: Full refund available
12-24 hours notice: 50% refund or reschedule option
Less than 12 hours notice: No refund, rescheduling at our discretion
No-show: Full charge applies
Emergency Situations
We understand that genuine emergencies occur. In cases of sudden illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a reasonable solution on a case-by-case basis.

Service Provider Cancellations
If we need to cancel your appointment due to therapist illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or priority rebooking at your convenience.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the extent permitted by law. We maintain professional indemnity insurance and public liability coverage as required for massage therapy practice. However, our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
